Rothar is the Irish word for bike. It's also the name of the shop where we'll be doing part of our ENG piece.
We feel that Rothar not only fit in with our concept but also covers the topic of fixed gear bikes within our ENG. They take old bikes into their shops, any bikes at all, broken or not and attempt to fix them up and sell them on or use the parts for other bikes. They also have workshops in which they teach people how to fix their own bikes up. They have and eco friendly mentality that is prevalent in our 'throwawayism' society.
