Slow Movement

In our show we're in some respects trying to channel the ethos of the slow movement. This is when people slow down their fast paced living style and reclaim some of their time back. It's about giving meaning to the areas of our lives that are more important or finding the meanings.  It’s all about balance, time for silence, time for planning, time for observing, time for reflection, time for caring, time for friendship, time for loving.

There's even an institute for slow living, called "The World Institute of Slowness" This was founded by Geir Berthelsen.
TWIOS work by these 3 values,
  1. Transparency
  2. Simplicity
  3. Consciousness
